2011 Resolutions
December 30, 2010

As 2011 is fast approaching I have been thinking about resolutions and what they mean to me. I then remembered about my “101 in 1001″ list. I have not been keeping up to date with it. I really need to get back into it, but looking at the list I have grown a lot since I first wrote it back in October 2008. I have only a few months left to complete the whole list, until July 2011 actually. Though reading over the list I have finished the following 18 items, and just never marked them off, or wrote a blog entry about them.

* Go on a Cruise
* Bike around Stanley Park
* Obtain my “Special Needs” certificate for Early Childhood Education
* Have $500 in savings account
* Have $1000 in savings account
* Have $1500 in savings account (I cashed in some Savings Bonds that I had when I was a teenager, so crossed off three items automatically)
* Cook one new dish a month (In the past year I have been more active in making dinners, and trying new things to eat)
* Clean Bathroom twice a month (we do this more than twice a month now – we use to slack when we had two bathrooms)
* Call in sick for no reason
* Read all Harry Potter Books (I have read 6/7 – I am unsure if I want to read the final book as then the story ends)
* Meet someone off Daydreamz.net or Lavish.nu (I met the amazing Lisa from booboomagoo.com before she moved away to England)
* Send someone I have never met online a Christmas present (Lavish.nu & Daydreamz.net Secret Santa ’08, ’09 & ’10)
* Attend a Local Twestival (Feb 2009)
* Watch a play put on by the Arts Club Theater (It’s a Wonderful Life & Les Miserable)
* Go Camping
* Get a Massage (twice – once Easter 2010, and the second while on my cruise)
* Buy a winning lottery ticket (I won $2 once, and another time a “free play” – that counts right?)
* Host a dinner party

What are some of your resolutions for the coming year?
