I am really trying to find time to update my blog with all the exciting things going on in my life which is why bullets seem like the most appropriate way to do it.

• started taking the home buying goal more seriously. Viewed a few places in our price range.
• placed an offer on the first place we looked at
• offer was excepted and we had just over a month to remove conditions. (payoff some credit cards and a loan as well as make sure bank mortgage finances are in order)
• we took legal possession on February 23, 2011.
Received keys on the 25th in the evening, cleaned new condo as it was not move in ready by our standards.
• moved everything on the 26th. It was snowing! Crazy crazy snow storm. At least we had some great friends helping us.
